User Data Deletion Instructions for Vyydecourt
At Vyydecourt, we believe you should have total control over your data. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Meta’s (Facebook and Instagram) Platform Terms, we provide a simple, transparent process for you to request the complete deletion of your data from our servers.
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove your account details, social media authentication tokens, and any video or media files stored on our servers.
Method 1: Request Deletion via Email
You can request that we delete your account and all associated data by contacting our support team directly.
Send an email to atopemoret@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Vyydecourt account.
Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
In the body of the email, simply state that you would like your account and all associated data permanently deleted.
Our team will process your request and securely wipe your data within 7 business days. We will send you a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Method 2: Delete Your Account Inside Vyydecourt
If you currently have access to your Vyydecourt dashboard, you can delete your data automatically:
Log into your Vyydecourt account at https://vyydecourt.site.
Navigate to your Account Settings or Profile page.
Scroll to the bottom and click the Delete Account button.
Confirm your choice. This will immediately and permanently erase your data from our database.
Method 3: How to Remove Vyydecourt's Access from Facebook/Instagram
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Vyydecourt and wish to revoke our software’s access to your profile, you can do this directly from within your Facebook settings at any time:
Log into your Facebook account.
Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Apps and Websites.
Find Vyydecourt in the list of active apps and click the Remove button.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the removal. This immediately revokes Vyydecourt’s ability to read your profile or publish to your pages.
