Vyydecourt is a cloud-based video marketing platform that allows users to generate, manage, store, and automatically publish video content to connected third-party social media platforms.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access Vyydecourt.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Vyydecourt to:
Generate, upload, or publish content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or obscene.
Violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or explicit consent of any third party.
Distribute spam, unsolicited promotional material, or maliciously automate activity that violates the anti-spam policies of connected social networks.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Vyydecourt servers, databases, or API integrations.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without a refund if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Third-Party Services and Social Media Platforms
Vyydecourt allows you to connect to third-party platforms (such as Google/YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat) to publish your content.
By connecting these platforms, you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
YouTube Users: By using Vyydecourt to upload content to YouTube, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Vyydecourt is not responsible for the availability, rules, or actions of these third-party platforms. If a third-party platform restricts your account or blocks your content, Vyydecourt is not liable.
5. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all video content, audio, and images you create, upload, or process through Vyydecourt. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and publish this content solely to provide the Service to you.
Our Property: The Vyydecourt software, platform design, code, and original branding are the exclusive property of Vyydecourt and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Vyydecourt is a paid service billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Vyydecourt is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or entirely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyydecourt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
